Metta Pediatric Therapy
Helping children feel calm, connected, and confident in everyday life.
Home-based pediatric occupational therapy using a sensory-informed, relationship-centered approach.
I support infants, young children, and their families when everyday routines like play, feeding, sleep, and transitions feel more challenging than expected.
This may include concerns such as:
Sensory differences that affect how a child responds to movement, sound, touch, or everyday experiences
Difficulty calming, settling, transitioning, or staying engaged in activities
Feeding or mealtime challenges
Delays or challenges with early movement skills like tummy time, crawling, or walking
Differences in play, connection, or interaction with caregivers
Challenges participating in everyday family routines
Who I Support
About Metta Pediatric Therapy
Metta Pediatric Therapy was created to offer thoughtful, relationship-centered occupational therapy for infants and young children in the place families often feel most comfortable — home.
Support focuses on helping children participate more successfully in everyday life, whether that means building early motor skills, supporting regulation and sensory processing, improving feeding experiences or strengthening participation in play and daily routines. Care is guided by a sensory integration informed approach that considers each child’s unique strengths, needs, and relationships.
Services may be beneficial for infants who are having difficulty with milestones such as tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling, or other early developmental skills, as well as young children experiencing challenges with regulation, play, feeding, or participation in everyday activities.
Therapy Approach
Every child is unique. At Metta Pediatric Therapy, I look at the whole child — how they experience the world, move through their environment, connect with caregivers, and participate in everyday life.
Therapy is individualized to each child and family, with support woven into real-life experiences through play, movement, feeding, daily routines, and caregiver collaboration. Together, we focus on building the skills that help children feel more confident, connected, and successful in everyday activities.
Meet Jasmin
Hi! I’m Jasmin Phillips, MOT, OTR/L. I am a pediatric occupational therapist with nearly 10 years of experience across school, outpatient clinic, and home-based settings. I have completed advanced training in DIR/Floortime, the SOS Approach to Feeding, and sensory integration, and I am currently pursuing certification through CLASI.
I believe that regulation, connection, play, and meaningful sensory-motor experiences form the foundation for development and participation. I am passionate about partnering with caregivers to support children's growth within the routines, relationships, and environments of everyday life.
Whether supporting an infant working toward early developmental milestones, a child experiencing sensory or feeding challenges, or a family navigating everyday routines, my goal is to provide individualized, relationship-centered care that helps children and caregivers thrive.
I look forward to connecting with you!
